Hey guys...
Wanted to go fishing around GTA, thinkin' around Grenadier Pond in High Park for some BASS/PIKE, or around Toronto Islands for the same species of fish. Anyone have any info on the fishing there or what to use??...Thanks

Well...

You would need to read the regulation book first because bass season is currently closed.
Pike is open season now.

You can fish along the Lake Shore harbour or try your luck at the Toronto Island.

in grenadier pond your going to get alot of sunfish and panfish, thats mostly what i been catching and the 15 odd people you get there fishing sometimes, you might catch some pike or bass,but i think the bass season starts only in the last sat in june not really sure, but at grenadier pond you will catch something for sure

Between Grenadier or the Toronto Islands fro bass/pike, I recommend the Toronto Islands for both.

Toronto Island for sure for pike...I might try the pond tommorrow, if so I will let ya know.

For the island...now anything, large cranks, spinners, spoons, jigs, worms leeches anything could work depending on what you are looking for, bigger bait, bigger fish.
