Hey fellas, I have tried Meaford, Owen Sound, Joran Harbor, and Port Dalhousie. All places brought no luck. I am assuming that the salmon havent had enough cold weather or rain to start running but any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have only been to the Bayfield and Maitland rivers so far this fall. I have caught nothing although I have seen the salmon wandering on by. I am zero for five now and Iam going to be heading out tomorrow, if anyone knows of a river that is holding some nice lunkers anywhere from Bayfield to Tobermory please let me know and thanks in advance.

I think you're right, you can only fish the Humber from Eglinton upstream to the south side of Hwy 407.

So, does anyone know any good spots to get me started? I'm 1 for about 7 this year and I'm looking to hook up again.

Cheers,

There are some at Bronte. Well 1.5 weeks ago there was. Who knows about today. I was at Erindale Park Mississauga for about 1 hour and all I seen was a few dead salmon a few that were totally eaten and just bones left over. I didn't catch or see anything. I've kept hearing that it is a good place to fish. Timing is your ticket I guess. Or alot of km's and $$ on gas lol. All said even though I get skunked sometimes where ever I go I still love it.

you r right.that how it goes in fishing. If you would get fish all time then after some while you would not want to go .but if u get skunked you have eager to catch next time and this will make you go .
