Green Cabela's backpack and I will be carrying two rods, one casting and one spinning setup.
Cannot miss me because no one uses a casting reel out there.

Which guys were you? I walked to the end but it was full @ 4:45 am. Were you the guys with the cooler? Did guys throw any J-13's at the corner?
Water was very clear after the rain on Thursday made it that much more difficult. I knew it would be a tough day after several casts u could see the GID spoons very clearly.
I am sure most of the salmon went right up into the park with all that rain.
Rainbows, Coho and Browns should be showing up pretty soon.

In Petro Canada Park, I was there on labour day and saw about half a dozen dead salmon and none alive. I was there again on Saturday morning just to see if anything was being landed. Parking lot was packed and 1 guy I talked to had landed a smallish salmon but said there wasn't a lot of action. I went into the creek again on Monday morning after the pier and there was nothing doing, and everyone I saw in the creek hadn't seen anything either, dead or alive.

any update in port credit? i was in erindale today there was nothing in there i hope this week they run up in river
I was at P.Credit last night for about an hour just after dusk...very calm, very bright moon....no fish hooked. Saw only one jump that looked like a Chinook. Saw a couple more jumps from smaller fish. One might have been a trout I thought...
I suspect the run is over, but there will be a few fish remaining. My last hookup was a week ago, but I lost it, as it almost spooled me and broke me off.
