Hey, I'm just wondering what's the best place to buy fishing rods and other equipment based on warranty?(example:if rod breaks)
That's based on company, not store.

Art least LeBaron and other local stores seem to adjust accordingly, and pass on the savings.

The Sahara combo on the front page looks like an pretty good deal, though I'm not familiar with the rod. It's probably priced where it should be - I think the advertised list is inflated. One thing about Bass Pro, is they seem to ignore the dollar fluctuations. Our dollar has gained quite a bit, and our prices are still pretty high compared to U.S... cash grab? I think so... a similar Sahara combo south of the border is retailed for around $150 - go figger - where do they get the $209 from??? Sale price at $129 is more like $30 off, not $80.

It's why I now tend to buy online from American stores. Sure, you pay $15 SH, but you save a lot more.
