Don't think it is a Quillback, the body shape of it is completely wrong.
Definitely not a quillback. The eyes and body shape are wrong. I think it's a silver redhorse.
It may be a redhorse except the colouring is a bit off. My guess would be redhorse.
how about a fall fish?
100% not a fallfish, they do not have sucker style mouths.

I've attached an ID sheet that I have. The best ID feature you can use for ID'ing the redhorse is the mouth. If you can get a good picture of the mouth that would be best.
I also added a pic of a quillback for everyone to have a look at

So what kind of red horse is it, none of the fish I caught was gold and the fins where not very red at all.
I think thats a baby sturgeon

Have caught a bunch of these on the Grand.. just cause its a sub species of the redhorse doesn;t mean it will be red or look like a horse
