Hello everyone, I just started fishing for speckle and brook trout and types of trout about a year ago, and i dont kno many spots beside the nottawasaga,
and the Ganaraska River, and some creeks i bit north of toronto.
I live in toronto, and dont mind an hour- hour an half drive for good fishing spots, can anyone help me out with some good spots .

Not allowed to post actual spots on the forum. Try credit, bronte or the ganny and fish the deeper pools after rapids. Its pretty dirty out there right now so it will be tough fishing if you dont already know the spots.

some other tribs of the notty are good too... pine...boyne. Credit is good but single barbless hooks only. If your looking for specks go to headwaters of the tribs and try a few rivers. You should be able to find some action.

Map should help - check area with lots of access points - roads. Take a drive - then walk in and give it a go. Better when u find your own as putting over pressured spots on sites are certain death - over fishing is rampant. That's how I've found mine.
