Nice fish. I had one about that size hooked in the Grand this morning. On the second jump it spit the hook back at me.At least you landed yours.

as he leaped a few times my heart was pounding cos i lost a quite few fish like this. U just gotta hold on and hope they don't spit it at u lol.

Nice I had one on this weekend but lost it quick on the first jump. Landed two male salmon though, both attacked a pink marabou jig I tied.

yup jigs work for everything will start using them real soon.

NIce steelie - any size steelie is a prize in my books!!

I got out for 30mins today at a local trib around midday - seems they get spooked by that time and have seen 50 dozen roe bags swinging by their faces by then - didn't get a touch!
Short sprints of fishing whenever i get the time is definately not working out. I still haven't got my first bow yet

Cant wait to get into some steel, id love to catch a small one like that for the table on a clean Huron trib. Salmon are tons of fun but they are such brutes! I need some of that crazy jumping all over the place rainbow action, look at the first two pics I posted of the salmon...they are jizzing all over me! lol

Cool website but notice that it gives you gps coordinates of where, when and with what type of camera you use lol
