On the website it says that "Prizes awarded will be based on the most weight of any one Pike or Perch (entry)." Is there two separate categories or will your perch be put up against pike for biggest fish? it looks like there is only one set of prizes.

Nado,
To Date, We wil only ave one set of prizes,
If we get more interest and a larger amount of participants, We can change the prize rules anytime up until the day of the event.
Assuming 50 adult participants, For the event, The prizes would be a minimum of what is shown to date on the webpage.
Unfortunately a person cannot always expect a pike to bite, If there are not any pike caught or only a few, The remaining prizes can be won by the largest perch caught on the bay.
Hopefully we can keep track of what the participants have caught in this event, and use that to open a bigger competition for next year.
Sail has donated a 25 dollar gift certificate, along with a sports bag, to be entered as prizes, We hope to get more companies and personal interest from other sponsors before this event date.
Feel Free to Ask any questions, Or add your input.
