Just wondering if anyone has been out to St john's Lake in Orillia yet. Just wondering how much ice is out there.

Its frozen. The fish there are toxic due to the chemical factory in Longford

When did this happen. I use to go there all the time a couple of years ago, and I always had good luck there. This really sucks. S*#@?d plants.

The plant was always there, the fish are not toxic.
Check the Guide to eating sportfish and you can always CPR if you don't feel safe eating the fish.
There's some big walleye and crappie I got out of there during the bass opener last year!

there are quality sized fish there....believe me that plant is releasing chemicals into the lake after heavy rains you can see a long trail of bubbles going into the lake from that ditch that run between Stepan and the ramp. Locals do CandR
