Yeah I was thinking of doing that once all the mud dries up.

How big are the bass you are catching in the grand? Or what kind or lures do you typically use?
Every body I see fishes worms only .. I've had luck with fake worms even though people said it wouldn't catch anything lol =\

Ps nice username lol

Was out on the grand from 6-8 this morning and sadly only got 1 bit but wasn't able to hook it.

Tried the spinner baits, various crank baits, and some jigs and plastic worms or tubes. Maybe it could be my technique though..

Lol I just wanna catch a bass that puts up a nice fight! Been too long since my last catch

Well so far this season has been a big upgrade from last year. Ive been out almost everyday and (knock on wood) havnt been skunked. I normally fish senkos ive been trying the 3 inch ones and have had good.success im not catching the biggest ones but im still leanring as i go.. As we all are. If im not tossing senkos i normally go with a soft plastic crayfish. Or if i feel like it i go for the real thing. ... Diffently try catching acouple and riggin with a split shot and your good to go. im still dying to get some on top water . As senkos are expensive lol . But good luck !!

Try, Yum Dingers. They are basically senkos just cheaper.

Hmmm, bigger fish... for starters I would try bigger baits! :D

Try, spinnerbaits, lipless crankbaits, jigs, 4 inch or longer soft plastics, all these seem to get me my biggest bass. I haven't had any luck hooking into other species of fish, except carp and sunfish so I can't help you that much... For carp, I either use worms or corn and the same for sunfish with a crappie tube thrown in the mix. I usually have to weed through lots of smaller fish before I catch a nice sized one.
