Seriously though, 3/8oz black roundhead jig, with a 3" black/silver fleck salted YUM grub.
It works deep, work shallow and everywhere in between, from pike, bass to walleye.

You must have lots of confidence if your go-to lure is something you've never caught fish on.

are you tying that yourself? ive caught many on an olive leach with black hackle # 12 to # 18. that perticular one looks like it could be tied to far down the hook shank ive always found it best to end the wrap before the beginning of the gap on buggers.LOL...I "hear" it's the go-to pattern.

Yup GBD--happens to be a reject I had laying on the desk. But will continue to go to the WB AS PART OF THE ARSENAL...wtf.
