Hey,

I want to know what you think the best all around bait is! By all around I mean the bait that will catch the variety of fish. I also want to know what you think the best bait is for popular fresh water fish such as, bass, perch, crappie, walleye, pike, musky, carp, trout, salmon and even sunfish! I probably missed a fish but hey, I am still learning!

Cheers

if we're talking all around versatility you can't really go wrong with minnow imitations. The gulp minnow comes to my mind.

Hey,

......... the best all around bait .............that will catch the variety of fish.

In the following order, they are the best bait that will catch anythig

1) Dynamite
2) Two bare wires hooked to a 2000 V generator
3) Poision
......
......

Beside kidding, worms are the almost guranteed bait that if can be used as a fish indicator! If there is any fish in the body of water, they go for worms

Without any hesitation I would use a 1/8oz black jig with a black/silver fleck tail 3" grub
