Bought a new Evercast Edgewater 2000 spinning reel and used it for the first time this weekend. All I can say is it is amazing. Best reel I have ever used. Super smooth retrieval, lightweight yet super strong. Drag is amazing and makes fighting fish fun. It's not herky jerky like other reels that make it feel like you are forcing or working the retrieval. Goes on the spool straight and no line twisting.

Not familiar with these reels but looked it up & 11 BB's- nice, camo is really cool looking too. Graphite to make it extra lite, looks like a good purchase.
Seems the avg. price range is between $69-$79 which IMO is great for a reel.

I pass by Agincourt Autohaus now & then but never noticed Pro J on the opposite side lol. They need a sign that stands out more.... or I need glasses.
Website states after Bass opener they're open 24/7... that's awesome.
Thanks will check them out.
