Caught my biggest pike this year with my reliable dollarama spoon.
3.4 lbs

I watched their stock sail higher and higher all year thinking they were already overpriced... Now they're REALLY overpriced. Just my 0.02

Ha ha you're a super frugler.........lol. Yeah some of the spoons at Sail were $3, I don't know how good they are but they are brand name. I think some of the Blue Fox were only $4 each.

I had that in blue, lost it to weeds in Oshawa. I still have the red. Awesome Krugz, I'm gonna save it for next year. Thanks for posting the pic.

I recently tried forged steel hooks in the black color they are pretty small and they are really cheap too. (About 1 dollar for
I caught a 1 pound or so pike (didn't have my scale) and the hook was really easy to remove and it didn't bend any way. In my opinion dollarama hooks are not the best but will do the job.

nail polish for jigs and beads elastics and pegs for beads pearls for ice fishing scissors glue craft fur and feathers plus chennile for flies, borax zip locks various roe containers for small and large amounts cheap thin gloves for winter steelheading colanders and bowls for egg and other bait curing pliers polarized glasses file knives salt for salted minnows hand sanitizer pins for tying jigs lighters for doobies chocolate bars for munchies. nothing more than $1.50
