Would like to submit my first salmon measured at 35" got on Tuesday.
This was my fourth attempt at the pier and finally got my reward
Thanks to all the tips I got here in the forum.

I was there at around 7pm hooked one and had a fight for about 15 mins but it got the best of me and got away.

Hooked my first catch around 10pm after all the other fisherman left the pier.

What a rush... time and money well wasted.

Heres my longest from yesterday, measured at 38". Hopefully gonna land a 40', broke 1 off that had to have been close. Hope to see some bigger fish caught. Cant wait to start measuring the steelies

wow this thread is slowwwwww, did everyone forget how to catch fish? Remember you dont need a pic with the tape. A pic of the fish and then measuring the fish while its in the water is fine.

Given the size of Lake O's salmon, it would almost make more sense to have a competition for who can catch the smallest chinook

ya in ontario. long drive tho......our group got chins,steel,res bows, some of those altantics and a pink. now that i think about it may have been in the US
