well i haven't spent much time on the forum, have been frequenting more often lately, and figure it would probably be cool to get out and meet some of you guys. i've done similar things on other forums and it's always a blast.

i'm in barrie, if anyone needs a ride on the way let me know as i'll have room in my car for 2 and all your fishing gear lol

Where is everyone meeting in the Morning ( parking lot, park, etc) and what time? I just thinkin of getting a room there if it isn't that expensive since I'm thinking of stayin the whole weekend.

Where is everyone camping and is there a price for base camp ? Or is it just a public rest point?

If anyone has any good motel or inns near where we are fishing that you hve been to before send me a pm with the location or name of it :) thanks in advance

Have a variety. It all depends on water conditions.

Yay! finally october!!! get ready!!! theres a few places to camp out on the saugeen... the saugeen cons area, saugeen bluffs and the best... Mcbeth conservation area... its a canoe only stop over on the river and no public road access so you either park on a concession road 1km above it and walk the forrest/wade the river with your gear or drop your canoe down if ya have one and load her up and off ya go.
i do not have a canoe so i just wade the river with all my gear on, its a short 20 min hike and it opens up to a awesome little area with designated camping spots/firepits and nice sandy beach... right on the river... its free you dont pay. Myself i will be camping out there, if anyone wants to join me for some fishing/beer your welcome.
p.s i tend to avoid crowded campsites just cause i dont want to leash my dog.... i love bush camping lmao
I will be leaving toronto on thursday early early up there, if anyone needs a ride your welcome... im staying until satuday maybe sunday morning so dont depend on me driving ya back earlly :)
