what!!!!! There is no such thing as a "crappy" Fenwick HMX!!!!!!!! isn't it one of the classics made in Niagara falls Ontario????
lol
I have (4) FENWICK RODS and have ALWAYS been exceptionally PLEASED with them.
Very good Rod for the Price range.
*Some guys have "commented" on the Steel guides ... but I have never had a problem.
(occassional, if there seems to be a slight grove forming - I will lightly sand them down. Course I use Mono 99% of time)
None of my Carbon Graphite Fenwicks have "Snapped".
I can NOT Say that of other manufactures.
FENWICK= Great Rod
.... just my opinion based on many years of using them.

Have to agree with both of you. My fly and ultralight are Fenwicks and the UL is absolutly the best UL rod I have. It's even better then my Browning. The cork is a little crooked but the blank is so sensitive, it's a joy to just cast.
CC I'll take that miserable piece of junk off your hands.....lol.......

I can make a map in Paint if that will help. I just know that might create a stink as far as posting spots on the internet where the lurkers can see them. Are there objections to a Paint map of the spot or is there a place I can post this picture where only registered users can see it?
LOL!! Nado, thank you for your offer. But my GPS won't accept Paint!
You guys can collect me from the Appleby GO Station - I'll be the guy with the gunny sack over his head! LOL!
