couldn't the live ticker be made to hold more posts, it currently holds 25 post couldn't it be made to hold 50, 75 or 100

I noticed that several noobs will start a thread that already exists. Not to fault the noob, their questions are valid but their questions have already been answered in previous posts. Perhaps a FAQ section or some guidance to use the search before they start a double thread would help them get their answer sooner.

I suggest a suggestions/feed back link that is permanent and on going as this forum topic could probably stand alone...and maybe a "How to" forum topic that illustrates how to make a report & add images in a step by step process etc...

How about a volunteer opportunities section that is placed in an area where people will see it every time they log on? It might be best if only members can view this area as sometimes these groups dont like these events posted all over the internet.

Groups like CRAA, TU, DU, OFAH, MNR could post stream rehabilitation and stocking opportunities online in order to get more bodies out to help.

While we're at it why not set up a portal to facilitate donations to these organizations as well?

Maybe you can update the GTA pond Maps Beta with names of ponds and other information such as species available like Fish-On line by the MNR.
I know there isn't that much info on lots of the ponds but some of them are popular like Grenadier Pond and Lake Aquitaine and people have fished here before.
Having reports available on the GTA Pond Maps would be good. When you click one of the red markers for a pond, reports about that place come up.

I see alot of talented people on our site that's got me thinking about an Instructables section within either the VIP for members only or in the DIY section for everyone to see.

In it members can create an Instructable on one sub-section specifically on fly patterns, another sub-section on equiment tweeks.....etc.

I think we are going to end up with a huge organized site that people will be addicted to..........lol. day and night......lol.
