i wasnt looking for where but just if anyone caught anything. GooooshHey there I can't remember where exactly.. But this time of the year it's kinda a secret shhhh secret. If you look t the post about runs and weather conditions and consider the following then yeah it's very likey people hooked up. You won't find out until its slow .

I did mange to practice some "casts" with the centerpin though and fall into the creek.

hooked 2 today floating skein in slow moving lower pools, broke my leaders after just a few headshakes.
Baseball swings! I think they were catfish... Hah!

I lost 3 spoons today due to idiots attempting to sit on bottom in the middle of 30 guys chucking spoons, people sitting directly behind me. and people casting 500 yards to the right, right over 20 guys lines......

That is just plain ignorance.. but we can't expect more from today's society... -Self entitlement...There should be designated areas for people who don't know how to salmon fish. Seriously.
I lost 3 spoons today due to idiots attempting to sit on bottom in the middle of 30 guys chucking spoons, people sitting directly behind me. and people casting 500 yards to the right, right over 20 guys lines......

Won't catch me in those environs--I'll wait for the cold weather, coloured leaves, and silver bullets...
I'm also looking for a few guys who would like me to guide them for some NY steelhead...pro bono (i don't guide much anymore)

Got two nice hens for the bbq on Monday and the skein will be awesome on the slow drifts ( right , GBD ? ) in the near future . No pics this time of the fish .
