Lebaron prices are the best in the business usually. Only problem is getting the items and colours instock.

Yeah totally agree. Perhaps Rusty isn't comparing apples to apples. I'm a pretty shrewd shopper, le Baron's is on average cheaper than anywhere else. On top of it they have a pretty solid discount card.

No boys. It was product for product. Same brands and same product count. I used to think gagnons was cheaper. That's why I bought there then happens to be in sail same day and cross checked prices

Most local tackle shops have higher prices on items that larger stores sell cheaper, at least in my experience.

I like to pop into local tackle shops in new towns, from time to time, just to chat with the employees and perhaps get a tip or two about good spots, if they seem like knowledgeable anglers. If they give me good advice, I give them some of my business.

People aren't always looking for the cheapest prices, otherwise everyone would shop at No Frills or Food Basics.

Bass Pro Sells them at about .50 Cents more than Le Barons. $8.99 to $11.49. (Rapala X-Rap)

Haven't been there for a couple of years but have always found it a good place to shop. (Le Barons).

Living in Aurora ......Z... O... O... M... Straight down the 403.
