This post makes me wanna load up my ultralight and bottom bounce worms until I fill a trash can. Sorry to the garbage men that pick that one up :D

There should be a mass goby killing, a week b4 spawns... where all your allowed to fish for that week is gobys. a few thousand fishing people.. killing 50 to 100 a day for a week. Might make a small impact on the # of fish that actually make it through the spawn to become ""real fish""

Good Idea!!!  We could make a Contest out of it!  Meet at a certain spot. Everyone chips in $2.00 and the Winner gets to keep the $10.00!!!

This topic has been pretty informative. I always knew you had to kill them. I just never knew why they were so bad. Now I know.

That's a "GOOD THING"!!  Yep!  These things ARE BAD!  The more Anglers that know How Bad, the better.

I'd be willing to GUESS that a LOT of fisherman just through these UGLY Lookin"  things back in!

Their ability to Spawn several times in one season is one thing, the BOTULISIM Type E and LARGE Die Offs of Great Lakes FISH & BIRDS is another story altogether!

"A Guide To Eating Ontario Fish"? I'm not a Fish Eater to start with but the word BOTULISIM give me cause for concern!

I am gonna make posters with information and what to do if you catch em. I'm sure the MNR hasn't really put out info on these fish publicly I've only seen it in the reg book even then not a lot of people read the book. And put em around the rivers around here. I have never caught one around here but you never know. Just to get it out there.
