After enjoying a "summer of George" type summer, I"m back to a more regular work schedule and haven't been out for weeks. But thanks to these awesome shots I can enjoy the run vicariously.

Im out there all the time.  If last week was any indication of my habits, Im out 5 times a week.

 

Wow, I wish. I do try to make it out during the week when possible though. Still crazy to see how busy it gets then too.

The bow that I caught was about 15ft from there... Even though I've been there only once. I know exactly where it is

Here is one from the same day, but my favorite spot... she hit on the tot pretty hard, tasted delicous too, perfect size for keeping

I was hesitant casting there as I still didn't have my cast down. A bit too far and you're tangled up.

yeah there are a LOT of snags there, especially the drifts that are close to the snake log. But, one of the better places to fish.

 

I caught my steelie at a different location yesterday, one of my favorite spots during the cold and winter months, saw a few stacking up there as I was leaving.
