Thought that was a myth.
I've never seen white caps on that stretch.

Jigging for big lakers
Nice! Been meaning to get down there for some jigged up lakers. I stocked up on X-Zone Swammers a while back and haven't had a chance to use them.

Depends on the strength of the current but I go mostly 3/8 and 1/2oz

Is that for larger swim baits/soft plastics? I find if I'm using something a bit smaller then even 1/4 oz can do the trick (Gulp Alive Minnow). For bigger baits with more drag, at least 3/8 oz seems to be the ticket.
