Can't believe you guys are all still catching steelhead with pins and fly rods......I'm stuck on the hardwater. Hahaha...

Here's a 20" rainbow with beautiful colors. We hit the ice on Sunday and caught 5 fish but nothing broke the 20" mark. Still a great day on the water.

Yeah of course its a great day on the water, looks like you caught the Purple Passion strain of rainbows I'm not a big fan of colored up fish, but that is something different.

when the site is down I was forced to get my fishing fix outside of the internets world. I have finally figured some of it out, heres a couple shots i edited, we have been out sun up to sundown monday and tuesday, with some quality fishing

here are a couple

Heres a couple caught in the past couple weeks. Baits and beads have not been doing the trick for me for a couple weeks. Caught these guys on little cleos. Some say fish are not aggressive far up in the system, or in cold temps. I beg to differ, as these guys hunted down these minnow imitating lures.











This one was a personal best for the year so far, over 8 lbs.


Off to catch another day.






January 1st is gonna be a depressing day. Going to have to drive 45 minutes to prime fishing instead of 5.
