I got out for a couple hours this morning. The open all year section is usually devoid of fish by now, but not today! I think it's a sign of good things to come (in a few days)

definitely not. we put in a lot of leg work today to find fish.

I forgot to mention that I saw Graham Bristow this morning! I didn't get the chance to say hi as he was busy teaching a couple old guys how to fly fish. I hope they caught something.

My 2 most recent fish 1 from the beginnining of the month and the other from the opener both were released quickly to fight another day!
