Honestly, it is still worth trying to help. The only problem is that usually Loogans come in packs or they have a knife on them and they're not afraid to use it. I have been shown a knife before when I confronted one, you cannot do anything when it comes to that. Just as long as you get a word in, you know you tried and it is better than doing nothing.

Cjr do u wear a grey hat that says smokin jigs on the side??? I saw u that really hot day on one of my favorite east tribs u were there with buddy from tightlines and were parkd in the field u showed me that "loogan lure" when I walked up and was fishing by u guys

Haha nope not me, those are my buddies you saw though. I was there the day before with the guy with the hat, that's when we found that loogan lure.
