Hey rainbow, I finally got one on this...but the thin fins...i thought it was a brown but it was a salmon. nice.

lol same thing happened to me yesterday. I thought one of the salmon was a brown when I first saw it, but then it went for a long run that only a nook would take.

I have been on the river pretty much every weekend in salmon spawning streams surrounded by bear sign but have yet to see one this year.....I go to work today and throw out a box in our dumpster when this pops out!  lol young black bear.  Now that will wake you up pretty quick in the morning.

went up north, got me a few. first salmon landed on the river for me.. always got bows, but never sammies.... big difference in the fights..
