749.95 plus tax, also good luck getting your hands on one.

I have no intentions of float fishing lol! Looks fun and all but for 800 bucks I would rather buy a new line of bass gear for tournaments.

just cuz we slay the steel doesnt mean some of us dont slay the green and bronze too lol  I use low to mid end float gear, and low to mid end bass gear, and still get the job done thats all that matters.  i dont  understand know how people can only fish bass, only fishing for 6 months of the year would be torture lol

I don't just fish bass if that is what you were thinking. I just like to put my money into high end gear. You can easily go out with a 6'6 ugly stick and a low end reel BUT you can't use the same techniques that I like with that type of rod. I get more of my thrill from punching into heavy cover for those big bass. Walleye, Pike and musky are also on my list of fish for my season. That plus Ice fishing is great.

Also, I know a lot of people who float fish and fish tournaments for bass. I wasn't saying you only fish one or the other.

you don't need 800 to catch steelhead. some of us  just like to have best of the best. heck i can go to canadian tire buy an ugly stick and 40$ reel and still smash fish.

your right, thats what I said in a different post. I was just complimenting the beauty of that float reel you have. According to Klik it costs you around 749.99?
