We had a great day at High Park with 90 high school kids from three schools spending the day learning about "The Science, Skill and Stuff of Fishing!” I took part as one of the Toronto Urban Fishing Ambassadors, and it was a pleasure to help the kids with some of the basics like knots, casting and where to fish etc.

If you have two minutes, please check out the article posted on the TUFA site for the full write up. http://torontourbanfishing.com/

Congratulations to all those who helped make the event happen. It's great to see fishing and conservation being promoted to the next generation.
