It's pointing to a "Williams Wabler" The one we use to use for Lakers. Except that one is only 4". We use to use a 6" one. It a Very Old "Classic Lure".

Apparently they are no longer available in the 6" Model.

I also use the 2-5/8" Silver one for Pike. Usually in "Tall Weeds" not the "Mushy Stuff". Lot of Nice Movement with it. I get a LOT of Pike with that one.

All of my "Wablers" have a Glass Rattle Epoxied to the Back Side.

If that doesn't work I go to a "Red & White Daredevil", but it doesn't produce like the "Wabler" does.

CTC has a "Kit" of 4 four of the "Classic" ones for $15.99 Not a bad price as thay usually sell for about $6.50 Each. (Below)

Rick

Thanks for the info. I'll have to pick one up. Cheers.

The chances are slim to none, but if I do catch a fish that could be a Ontario or Canadian record fish what is the process that you have to follow. Im strickly catch and release so Im thinking taking a picture measuring length and width. What do you think?"

The same thing getting His Fish Sizes ...... UHHMMMM "Mixed Up" I guess is a Polite way of putting it.

I asked him about that in one of His Other... MANY Posts. No Reply Naturally.

"What do I think?" I think you should (Removed on Edit)

That 48 inch muskie from the muskie canada photo is a MAGNIFICENT fish. Would be amazing to ever catch one of those beauties...one day.

Also I hope I am not sticking my nose into a conversation it doesn't belong but yes FishHawk I have been reading both of the forum topics with which the "discrepancies" have been and it does seem to be two different stories. However, who knows the reasoning maybe he meant to say that his friend caught one of them or not I dunno but there could be a reason or just an angler who stretches the truth. I know myself, I added a couple inches onto a muskie I caught this summer when telling the story to my dad just to make him more jealous hahah (nobody tell him please). And as far as the measurment information you posted on here I know that many people on here probably appreciate it and if by some stroke of luck I ever got a fish worthy of a record I would know exactly what to do and how to measure it after I finished having a heartattack, so thank you.

Thank you both for that comment. It's one of the reasons I'm on here. I ENJOY helping others when they ask for it. When they appreciate my Help and say so. THAT makes my day!!

I'll just have to be a little more selective in doing so I guess.

Both of you guys, Grubman and a couple of others who I know well, are on my ........ "Any Time! Any Day" List. . Always MY Pleasure!

My "Heart Attack" is a Bucket Mouth Like the one Below. Nailing My Hula Popper when I least expect it!! :o

Actually ....... sometimes the Size of the Fish, or How Many You Catch, is not all that Important. Having FUN is! Especially when you're out with a Friend, Enjoying the day and each othes Company.

It doesn't get much better than those ... Sorry ...that! :D
