You don't have to fish for them... BUT you can still look at cool bass lures!

I handpainted a similar pattern as that river2sea crank (I call it Fresca, but it's like blue chart.) anyhow, that color smashes smallies in the summer.

this late in the year I would use a walleye worm rig, the bass are very sluggish I find, but I did get some last month on a worm under a bobber.
I did get afew last spring through the ice when after Crappie and the water temp is simmiler to now.
Thanks for the tips! I'm not targeting bass at this time of the year, just gathering info for spring. Cheers.

I like the one that looks like a real minnow. The realistic more natural lures, you know most lures are to bait fishermen and not the fish.........lol.
I think most fisherpeople learned that the hard way.

I'm tapped out on bass cranks. I got about 25-30 that work really well, no reason to buy more....
