Huge. If this is the same proposal I'm thinking created a stink for the last few years, this is amazing news.

I just saw this online such great news I fly fish on waters that would have been a stones throw away from the mega quarry glad to see highland corp backed down

we do need aggregate, but this was not a good plan. thankfully it sank....
