No clue about ice fising but sounds like great fun!

Any chance one of you guys could help me out with some gear? Would greatly appreciate it if I could first try it out before investing in gear.

Thx

I'm down for 2 gtgs, on before the 15 of December for whitefish would be great, and then maybe a simcoe or rosseau day too.

Im in for anything just remember theres yhe potential of alot of people showing up so if you have a lake youd like to keep hush hush may I suggest doing so. But if youd like to burn a good whitey spot im all ears..lol but as Rusty said we should start this in a new topic/poll as this was from last year.

you guys decide, ill be fishing it for sure around the end of december, if the outing will be after that then i can tell you guys how it is, but i am thinking we want it before, around mid-december? i think simcoe would be good, we could even go for smelt, maybe vb, then a smaller whitie outing?

whats the point of a competition? some people have experience fishing certain lakes and some have never fished it, it wouldn't be very fair, if we want a big group lets do vb, the problem is, no one wants to go before new years, we need to get a date set up.
