mostly hammerhandles nothing over 36". I have a bunch of flys I got at the sportsmen show last year from reelflys. everything from 4-8" long and some poppers. I was going to use some of my 80lb musky braid or floro I use for musky leaders. I was wondering more or less if theres a material I can use to add a stinger hook and have it stay in place as appose to sinking below the fly. It seems most of the flys I got that are 6-8" have only 1 small hook used to tie the fly too. Not much for a good hooking percentage even tho pike usually hit the head of lure. Also what do u use to stop a tube fly from moving up and down the leader?
you can take a piece of 10-15lb test line and tie a stinger hook onto the bend of the fly hook, people will rig tandem flies in that way as well
