Face it most law breakers are there to catch and keep fish through their illegal method be it using to many lines, fishing out of season or in closed waters or by exceeding limits. They are stealing from us to put it bluntly.
MNR Tips 1-877-847-7667, 1-877-TIPS-MNR.
Save it on your phone and use it if you see something illegal going on.

Good on you guys. I have often advocated calling the MNR tips line,it is saved on my cell and I use it anytime I observe infractions. Why should those of us who play by the rules let these hoods take away from our sport.

I've only had to call once for guys keeping and fishing for bass in May. The lady said that fastest an officer could arrive was in 2 days... Call every time you see stuff like this happening and if the MNR gets enough calls for 1 location they will frequent it.

I wonder if that's the same one I saw go undercover at Willy a couple years ago. I thought, what the hell is a babe like that doing steelheading, at the slaughter pool, by herself, among all us crazies? Ten minutes later it was ticket time for many.
There is one total babe that actually fishes the slaughter pool, didn't see her this year but then again I hardly fished there this year.

fines are bs in my opinion. Someone does caught doing something illegal should lose their fishing license for the season. Repeat offenders forever. Dont like it, Don't fish

You call and they will come. Eventually. I have over the years made many calls from the G River. They don't show up the same day, but repeated calls from the same locale does get their attention.Hahaha i've never experienced an MNR officer charging a loogan but it sounds pretty awesome!
