Lookin for a good creek to hit some trout

Ok this might be the first time ever that I haven't had to work on my birthday and I want to hit up some trout in the bowmanville oshawa area where should I go

Pick a creek and go, everything should have fish at this time of year.

Well that's good to know but what's a good one to hit up I'm not sure how long if at all my wife is going to give me so I want every moment to count lol it sounds like I'm a vergin

No I have a pond with mostly perch I want some trout fishing I actually want to see the rod bend lol

You mean the bowmanville creek or wilmont or the oshawa creeks their is a lot to choose from and a lot with shopping carts

Was up that way today ' there are fish in most , just check the regulations on open water areas most don't fully open until fourth sat of April. Seen anglers today fishing closed areas today ! Too bad mnr wasn't around today would have loved to seen them get fined

bowmanville creek was good to me a lot of times in the past. Try there, check out the regs on where you can fish. I believe in that area its south of the CN tracks, if not then its south of hwy2. Good luck

Well so much for fishin on my bday my wife booked all our job interviews for new labourers on that day and since I can't be nice to stupid people she conducts them while I take care of our little princess

I let my rod tip guide me to the trout. No specific locations just make sure it's open and try something. Specific areas might not be efficient for you where as you may stumble over a honey hole of your own by exploring :) good luck

can any of you guys let me know if theres any parts of the pretty river and bateaux river open yet? they are located inbetween Collingwood and the beach if you didn't know, thanks for any feedback I just don't know how to figure out which parts are open if any at all
