Was thinking about doing the trip up to the GTA area tomorrow. Would anyone be able to tell me the water conditions?

Water was high, but still about 10" or so of visibility. Hooked in to a few small 6" trout but no steelies. And stopped at Sail they have a large fly fishing section definitely worth checking out.

saw some late spawners coming in. but not as much as 3 weeks ago. this will probably be a final run but i doubt any fish will make it to the spawning grounds when there will be hundreds roes drifting towards their mouth.

There should be many fishermen in the "know" who will be drifting DEW WORMS.
-Considering it's Spring.
-Considering it's raining (and has been all last week)
-Considering the worms are all over the sidewalks ( and run off)
If I was a "Trout" ... I'd be gorging on worms.
Course, if you are using worms - you just may have to put up with catching some suckers, in between all those bows.
Tough sacrifice.
Guess it's best to stick with the roe.
