I got my first pike last night at binbrook conservation area around 7:30pm.
Two of them busted my 12lb braided line like butter, finally got one in all from cating from the shore

Nice looking pike man good job. Please remember that longer fish should be held horizontally with their weight supported if they are being released.

It was just for a second I tried to hold his tail but that didn't work while trying to get a pic. He is well and still trolling the waters of binbrook!

Suggestion for next time my friend, lay her down beside your rod for a size comparison. Good Ol mother earth can take the weight.
