It's fun to finally get out and fish for fun. Pre fishing for tournament and Guiding is a whole different ball game but when my roomate asked me to go out this week I said sure and this is what came out of it.

Give it a like :)

I do a lot of charter on simcoe. Days like that are common but you have to work hard for them...has you can see my roomate sleeping in the reflection of the windshield lol

Nothing better than simcoe! I was on the water fishing tubes for a day to try out a new rod and reel and heres what I came up with. 3 bass 2 of them 20 inches and 1 21 inches. all of them 6+ lbs.

It would be a shame to keep any bass over 4lbs...All catch and release here.

Yea but I was happy to have those finish my Largemouth/Smallmouth wall mounts. Going up in the cottage ;) I practice catch and release but I wanted these ones. 3 fish may seem overkill to some people but at least I didn't come back with the whole lake like most anglers do.

I only mount the fish of a lifetime for me. For this mount I did for my gf's family resort, I just recorded the fish and asked for 2 of them done as requested chasing 2 smaller fish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE KEEP A MUSKY FOR MOUNT PURPOSES. In the case of the smallmouth I decided I wanted them to be done exactly as they were minus the color loss from the ice I put them on.

nice mounts

Here are the smallies. Put an old driftwood on it so for the cottage look. Love it. Had to get him to add some color onto it because of the ice we kept them on.
