Was walking along grindstone creek and seen about 20-25 fish sitting on the bottom. They ranged from 8 to 12 inches Got curious so i grabber a bit of line and a hook to see if they would bite.. and pulled this out.  Dunno if its just a shinner or what? what do you think?

Looks to be a Creek Chub, would need to see the dorsal fin to know for sure.

I was gonna say Creek chub too, but the fish you caught lacks that dark lateral stripe, and it's more bronze in colour, so that could be a Fall fish.  Though they're not usually found in the GTA....
