Did you tune them?  If it wanders to the right, take a pair of pliers and ever so slightly bend the eyelet to the left until it swims straight and vice versa.  Cheap cranks don't come out of the package "tuned" like name brands...  May save you some $$$ and turn some of them into fish magnets.

Hold up boss, I'm gonna blow your mind: try a pair of pliers.  Want the right tool, try split ring pliers.  I believe split ring that is what you meant by "O" ring.

Not all Dollarama carry those lures. They show up from time to time...

The only good lures you can find at dollarrama are the northland tackle swimbaits. The rest is junk.

Oh yeah they have the thick strong singles too, used them on carp and they don't straighten.

You have a weird sense of humor, but maybe you can be on point next time.

I got mimic minnows and lunker baits from dollarama and some spoons that you have too. Do they work? Have you caught fish yet? I got a bite on my mimic minnow but was small fish and baby perch follow it. Nothing big yet. But it did mimic the minnow and fool them lol... The baby perch thought it was a perch.

The mako hooks that come in packs are excellent for pan fish. Very sharp and sturdy hooks. But everything comes from China lol...

I bought all the same stuff, except for the Mako plastics because i dont know if they are safe for the environment.  however Gulp minnows claim to be biodegradable etc.  I've trying out the mimic minnows, i had a few attacks on it, no hook sets, nothing big, but the tiny perch think it's a real fish and follows it around. So yes it does fool the fish.

Lures at No Frills is so random.  People might confuse the swimbaits as food.

I bought all the same stuff as well, but i don't use the mako plastics, dont know if those plastics are safe to use for environment etc.

Here are some lures at my local Dollarama...

They also stock them in different colours.

Here's my Dollarama lures that I bought when I started fishing back in June...

I still haven't caught anything with them.

I could see the popper working but I dont trust the crankbaits.  Some of them dont even wiggle.

The one in my tackle box just swims straight.  I also find them to rust very fast.  I threw away a spinnerbait and a crankbait due to rusting.

LMB will swallow any lure... it's just whether or not your hooks are dependable.

Lunkerhunt stuff are very good, I bought this set as well.  Those plastic worms and grubs are excellent for panfish.  I bought the last pack available.

This is my personal favourite fishing item from Dollarama.  It is a pack of assorted sizes of eagle claw orange and yellow bobbers.  I stocked many packs from them for $3 each.  These bobbers are simply more visible in the water compared to the white and red.  When the white is on the surface and the sunlight shines upon it it's harder to see the bobber. Whereas these yellow orange bobbers are clearly visible, even during the evening when the sun begins to go down, you can see the bright yellow colour.  I don't see this item at Dollarama anymore, however, they are being sold on Amazon.ca for $3.94. if you are interested.
