I like sail the most but the nearest one is 3.5 hours away. So I'm at Canadian tire the most. Along with a local outfitter.

I found hook line and sinker to be a arrogant ass !! Went in there trying to figure out my setup for my switch rod and didn't want to buy till I understood what I need and once he realized I was only looking for info and not buying he wouldn't give me the time of day

Customer service from where in BPS sucks? If it is from the fishing department you must have been a pretty big dick to us to receive poor customer service.

I don't understand...So if I was to shop at BPS and don't get a good customer service experience automatically i'm a dick? Like I said, I never had bad experience at BPS it's just sometimes it seems like all the staff at fishing seems to disappear (when it gets busy).

My statement is pretty clear and easy to get. Just saying that if you were in the fishing department and asking for help and the customer service sucked, it was probably because someone was being a dick when asking for help. It happens.

There are some for sure...I usually continue the conversation, and they're not all like that...anyway maybe he saw the reel-wearing hero shot avatar you use, and "dick" came to mind...js

With that kind of attitude it's no wonder that service at BPS stinks!

I love Sail, but Lebarons has got to be the best, its got the feel of a small tackle shop but the selection of a big box store, with great prices as well
