Over the years Ive used plastic spent tons of money on it along with rigs to use it properly and I find that I do not catch as much fish as using hard baits. So I steered away from getting plastic baits, I still have some tubes for bass thats about it and of course Gulp and a Bass Pro brand.

Everyone loves the classic senko and what not, but I have been using lately during my punching practice for bass, the 10 inch anaconda rage tail baits are amazing. Also, the new Powerbait soft plastics are great as well. I recommend whoever has the gear to punch for some big bass tries these 2.

All around a silver blue spoon, Mepps Black Fury or Gulp, not sure which.
For rivers ( trout ) - a white/chartreuse "thingy-ma-jigger"
