Picked up a new Fenwick Eagle Ultralight Spinning rod 7',  it is a real beauty. And only 55.00! Thinking of pairing it up to a Shimano Sedona 500 or maybe a 1000. Also some 4lbs Suffix Seige.

fenwick eagle gt is awesome. I have the 5.5 fter paired with a sienna 500. Awesome combo for 80$

Bowman, that's a sweet score!  I think you'll be happy with it, especially paired with a Sedona.

Just ordered myself a new ugly stick rod with a Penn fierce reel with some braided line, some jigs and a couple of lures. Hoping to catch some nice pike and lake trout with this, my family and I are heading up to deerhurst resort in the muskokas! I'm also hoping to use this for pier fishing. And maybe some carp...

Car detailing products because fishing makes my car unpresentable to the other half of the population (ladies)...can't believe all the crap on every bit of the interior surfaces...

In the end, my car will be clean for all of one day...I'm out fishing on Sunday and it'll be dirty again...sigh...

Not a purchase but one of our sponsors sent us their amazing attractant. Called Liquid Mayhem by Rage Fish. This stuff is made from real bait fish and is sticky and super stinky. It's guaranteed to stay on your hard baits for 30 or more casts rather then that liquid crap that comes off as soon as it hits water. Check em out.

www.ragefishattractants.com

Best of all this is a Canadian company that's in Sarnia support em.

Tcp, the CLA is a work horse. I picked up a CLA 3 last spring. Have caught grayling, rainbows and sockeye salmon. Love it.
