Well, i have stepped into the world of fly tying, after a shaky start, i got the hang of it.

 

i don't even know wtf this is

 

 

from there went to 

 

 

to eventually this, my 3rd attempt at this pattern

Nice JMatt - it takes a lot of time! I am nowhere near considering myself a decent tier yet - practice I suppose! I bet that green one will catch you tonnes of fish!

Awesome! I'd fish with that, especially the third one. Check out some tutorials on youtube, there are super helpful.

Good effort man, after a few bad tie offs and broken threads it'll all fall into place.  An enjoyable way to fill the fly box

I started that other one and the people who run the Google+ group took it over and it was not as good as i wanted.  I know what to fix for the next one and we will be doing it again for sure

Easy to tie, fish well and look great, can't ask for much more than that
