I was fishing with a buddy and he was using this set up and he was catching fish left and right no matter what time or place, and it was on multiple occasions.
I asked him to set me up with one of those rigs and then I began catching them. It wasn't until after that I started wondering about why this rig was so successful, is this a snagging rig?

I was going to get a video of that tool last night Chris.
It's hardly worth the effort to report that tho.
The video would be purely comedy. He could barely even cast he sucked so bad. Poor guy. I found it particularly funny when he dropped his rod trying to light a dart. Then got right back on his horse chucking that oversized THILL bobber and 1/0 hook.
