hey all, i just picked up a abu garcia revo sx a nice reel in my opinin. Now i mush find a good 2 piece rod not one. anybody help?

if you are looking for an all around rod a 7' m/f is probably your best bet. the shimano compre is a great rod for the price but I know st croix makes a mojo bass in those specs

northern pike and bass for that combo. i think it will be choice combo, just need a soild rod.

Nice rods that you can find at some places for $79-99.00, i have one and love it great back bone .. St. Croix are very nice but they are 1 piece. I beleive you said you want 2 piece.

First off, what ratio is your baitcaster? The reason I ask is because you can really limit yourself if you got the 7.1:1 ratio baticaster. If I was you regardless the Mojo Bass rods are great all around with each of their specs for their price. For a high quality reel like that, I would not put a rod under 100 bucks on it.

Pretty sure the OP siad he wants a 2 piece rod....Is the st croix 2 or 1 piece?

They have a special order for some but I highly doubt it. Unless you get a 3 piece travel rod by G.Loomis.

St Croix do make 2 pc casting rods, but only 3 in what you may be looking for and they may be hard to find at most tackle shops and might have to be a special order from St Croix.
They make only 1 model in the 7'-0" 2pc though.............PC70HF2......it's a heavy power, fast action casting rod for Pike + Bass..........12 - 20lb line rating.
The only other 2 are a 6'-6" medium fast or 6'-6" medium heavy fast.
