$250.

Already spent $170 on the revo sx reel and bought some terminal tackle worth $20, so that leaves about $60 for the rod

No you cannot use superglue to put the ceramic ring back into the guide frame. They are press fitted into the guide frame under extreme pressure. Supergluing a ring back into the guide frame may only buy you a day on the water and could possibly be used under emergency situations only until you can get the guide replaced properly.

its a one peice but there may be a 2pc not sure. its worth it imo, it fits in most cars even if it dosent have that hatch to the trunk, it has great sensitivity, amazing backbone, great grip, and its light

If using braid you want a a guide that is harder so the braid wont create grooves in the guide. SIC guides are the cadillac in this category but you don't need to go that high end, they would cost more than 60 bucks just for the guides.

normally if you use thicker braid that isnt much of a problem, ive found that when using less than 25lb braid it grooves up my guides but these are just my findings

The rod says "worm & jig". Is this a specialty rod, or can i use it for other stuff?

A worm and jig rod Is a technique specific rod, but it can be used for a variety of things since its most likely a Fast taper. It could be used for spinnerbaits, soft plastics and jigs when You are using it in a bit heavier cover. The only thing Is it isnt ideal for Is crankbaits or lures with exposed trebles, ud be better off with a rod with a bit softer tip

The sellus worm and jig is my 7'0 spinning rod, I used it for peir fishing this fall throwing spoons for salmon and it held up. I like it as a drop shot rod also because the fast taper allows you to just shake the rod tip to obtain a stationary wiggle
