Anything can work for perch really; hook a live minnow on there and you're in the game...
Never targeted walleye through the ice yet so I can't comment on that...

nothing beats a micro jig with a couple small minnows for whitefish, unless you're fishing simcoe, the whities are crazy in that lake to bite williams, but northern lakes you have almost no chance of getting a whitie on a williams bad boys work for both whities and lakers, for percha nothing works as long as you have light line, for walleye i don't target them a whole lot, but have good success with a small jig in black with a yellow dot and a few small minnows.

depends on what you're after....my friend uses this and only gets pike...never fails though...

haven't tried it myself. but my friend has one and he uses it alternate with jig&minnow. he gets more pike on that but no crappie or perch on that.

winter walleye,, the best for me that I use is Green, pink ,orange jigs work great on Nip also Swedish pimple chartreuse colors are good to, spoons for pike happy fishing 21 more days for NIP woo hoo its ON ,,,,
