if you wanna play...

click on the link and enter your name or nickname. then select one player from each box and that will be your team. goals are worth 1.5 points and assists are 1 point.

and when you pick the 3 countries, each time that country wins a game you get 1 point. and if it's a shutout it's 1 more point. and if they win the gold medal it's 3 extra points, 2 for silver, 1 for bronze.

just take 2 minutes and make your picks for the hell of it.

and remember, each country is guaranteed at least 4 games.

Also entered a team. Not sure who half these players are. I really stopped watching the NHL when it became so watered down with too many teams for the talent pool, and when they introduced all their wimpy new rules a number of years ago.

This pool should be fun to watch though Rhymobot, thanks. I have always been an avid Canadian Olympic supporter.

May we win the games again, like we did here in 2010 (?), although some argue we didnt due to less total medals. Gold is what we wanted in Vancouver and gold is what we got.

Go Canada. I understand we have a bronze already.

and yes oshawa guy mark mcmorris wins bronze, i know it says hes from regina, but his hometown is oshawa

glad to see some participation. and the medal count is rising.

no goalies because we pick team wins, which is pretty much like picking goalies. also because in the olympics you never know who the starter will be from game to game.
